Outline of Research at the Start	移民児童の教育アクセス上の困難を、SES、親の意識、地理的環境などから捉え以下の課題に取り組む。 1．移民内格差の実態把握：全国規模の経済統計分析とインタビュー調査により、移民内の地域間格差や階層間格差の実態を包括的に解明する。 2．教育課題・不就学要因の解明：移民児童に教育アクセス上の困難が生じる理由をSES別・地域別などで比較し、カテゴリー別の不就学要因を明らかにする。本研究の遂行による波及効果の一つは、外国ルーツの児童の教育課題が生じる要因を、社会階層別に捉える新たなモデルを構築し、効果的な教育支援制度の策定に資することである。
