Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、「南アフリカを事例として、授業研究の移転・定着を目的とした本邦研修が、研修参加者にどのような効果を及ぼしたのか、その効果は帰国後も継続しているのか、また、彼らは授業研究の導入と定着のために帰国後にどのような行動を起こしているのか」を明らかにしようとする。本研究では、4段階研修評価枠組み(Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick, 2016)を援用して、研修満足度だけでなく、知識・技能（特に授業観察力・省察力）の習得や行動変容などの研修の効果を多角的、多層的に分析・評価しようとする。
