Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，保育施設という特有の環境において，施設が主体となり発生した集団感染の伝播経路・要因を分析できる疫学サーベイランスの方法を開発することで，現場の感染対策への戸惑いを軽減し，早期集団感染の終息に繋がることを目的とする．保育施設に適した疫学サーベイランスを実施することで，迅速で効果的な感染対策へと繋がり，乳幼児・その家族，および職員の健康と生命を守る感染対策となる．そのため，①保育施設における感染管理の現状の聞き取り，および感染発生状況の調査，②保育施設と共同した疫学的サーベイランス方法の開発，③保育施設でサーベイランス方法の検証を実施する．
