Outline of Research at the Start

１）国内外での実態調査として国内の食育実施園20箇所において窒息事故の状況や対策を具体的に保育士および給食調理担当者に対して聞き取り調査、比較する。
２）丸のみしやすい児を早期に発見するツールの開発として幼児の食行動データベースを用いて丸のみをするハイリスク児をスクリーニングするツールを機械学習を用いて開発する。
３）サペレメソッドと「感覚処理の再学習」を組み合わせたプログラムの開発と効果検証
