Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，放課後等デイサービス職員の発達障害支援に関する行動特性（発達障害コンピテンシー）と獲得プロセスを明らかにし，発達障害コンピテンシーの向上に寄与する研修モデルの構築を目指す．支援の質の背景には，支援者の行動特性との関連が強いことから，発達障害コンピテンシーレベルと獲得過程に合わせた研修を行うことが重要である．本研究では，第1段階として発達障害支援に関する行動特性尺度を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を検討する．第2段階では全国の放デイ施設に対して質問紙調査を実施し，発達障害コンピテンシーの現状と関連要因を探索する．第3段階では発達障害コンピテンシー向上のための研修モデルを構築する．
