Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、巡回相談を通じて保育者が主体的に参加できる保育カンファレンスを実施する方法の考案を目的とする。そのために、①巡回相談の実践記録の質的分析による保育カンファレンス導入プロセスモデル作成、②保育者、心理職間の対等な関係性を確認する指標を作成してプロセスの妥当性を検証、③保育カンファレンスの効果を検証する3つの研究課題を設定する。①で作成したモデルを、②、③を通して精緻化、修正を行う。これにより、巡回相談により自律的なケース検討を行う園内研修の仕組みを確立し、保育者、心理職とのより効果的な協働関係の実現を目指す。
