Outline of Research at the Start

保育所職員の急変対応への不安や困難は、多く報告されており、教育内容が現場のニードに合致していないと考えた。保育所は規模や組織体制の違いが大きく、急変時の役割分担も異なるため一律の教育内容では対応できない。そこで、職員のニードや施設の特徴に応じ、カスタマイズできる教育プログラムが必要である。また、一方的な教授方法では職員の状況判断への不安を解消できない。そのため、急変場面を実際に体験し、課題を解決できるシミュレーション教育が必要である。そこで、職員の急変対応への不安や困難の要因をもとに、現場のニードに則した子どもの急変対応における保育所職員へのシミュレーション教育プログラムを構築する。
