Outline of Research at the Start

ミドル保育者の幸福度を客観的に調査して、ウェルビーイングについて実態を把握するとともに、ミドル保育者自身の現状への認識や今後の要望について整理する。あわせて、生き生きと働くミドル保育者の保育記録（メモ）やその語りから、ミドル保育者が誇りとやりがいをもって働くために必要なことを検討する。これらのことより、今後の自治体や各保育施設の組織マネジメントの在り方や必要な研修について考察し、周知・実施を試みる。
