Outline of Research at the Start	ゲノム解析研究の対象となる16歳未満の子どもが，その理解力・成熟度に応じた説明を受け，研究者との対話を通して理解を深めた後に賛意・不賛意を表明するインフォームド・アセントの実現に有用な，「ゲノム解析研究用アセント文書（仮称）」及び「ゲノム解析研究用アセント評価尺度: 半構造化面接ガイドおよび記録用紙（仮称）」を， ①小学校低学年（小学1～3年生）向け，②小学校高学年（小学4～6年生）向け，③中学生（中学1～3年生）向けに開発する。研究方法は，現在ゲノム解析研究を実施している医療センター，病院及び研究所等に協力を依頼し，文献調査，インタビュー調査及び子ども対象面接調査とする計画である。
