Outline of Research at the Start

知的障害児の特性を踏まえた運動処方が可能になれば、その結果として肥満防止に役立つとともに、安全性についても確保されることが期待される。そのためには、運動機能をつかさどる筋や骨等の体組成データを把握し、運動機能との関連を明らかにしたうえで、それらのエビデンスを基に開発された運動処方を行うことが望ましい。本研究では、知的障害児の体組成、筋肉の質の状況を明らかにし、運動処方を開発する。
