Outline of Research at the Start	韓国では、深刻な少子化問題を解消するための良い養育環境の醸成として、乳幼児（0-5歳）の教育・保育費用の全面無償化とともに「幼保一元化」政策を推進している。そこで、本研究では、韓国の幼保一元化政策の推進において、第一、幼稚園と保育施設の管轄行政の統合、第二、幼保統合施設への移行過程における支援内容・成果・課題、第三、国家水準の幼保統合カリキュラムの作成及び実践、第四、幼稚園教員と保育士の資格の統合及びその養成課程（4年制養成校）の統合改編について研究を行う。少子化問題を解消するための幼児教育政策パラダイムの転換の実効性及び幼児教育の質の向上の観点からの検証研究を行う。
