Outline of Research at the Start

養育者の問題として特に重要なのは、養育の世代間連鎖である。養育の世代間連鎖に関する心理学的研究、脳MRI研究、エピゲノム研究などにより様々な知見が得られているが、世代間連鎖に起因する養育不調に介入するまでには至っていない。本研究では、世代間連鎖のある養育者と世代間連鎖のない養育者に注目し、世代間連鎖の神経生物学的な病理機序の解明に焦点を当てることで、生命医学的エビデンスに基づいた負の連鎖を断ち切る介入・治療方針の開発を目指す。
