Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、筆者が提唱する子ども参画のオルタナティブな形を具現化すべく、(1)現場で間主観的に聴かれる子どもの声はどのようなものか、(2)聴かれた声をどのようなプロセスで自治体の居場所施策に反映させていくか、という問いに迫ることを目的とする。具体的には、①子ども支援者への半構造化インタビューを行い、彼らが現場で間主観的に捉えている子どもの多層的な声を可視化、②子ども支援者・自治体施策担当者への半構造化インタビューを行い、子どもの声を施策に繋げる際の課題を抽出、③子どもの声を施策に繋げるプロセスを仮説生成し、アクションリサーチを用いて実践的に検討を進め、当プロセスのモデル化を目指す。
