Outline of Research at the Start

近年，医療的ケアを要する重症心身障害児が増加しており，医療型重症心身障害児入所施設において医療職と共に働く保育士の活躍が期待される．医療と福祉が協働する場での子どもらしい生活づくり，保育士が重症心身障害児保育の専門性を発揮するためには，保育所保育とは異なる技術や知識が求められる．
本研究では，既に作成済みの医療型重症心身障害児入所施設で勤務する保育士を対象とした教育プログラムを基にした段階的な5つの調査により，保育士の実態に応じた到達水準の明示，教育プログラムの効果の確認，問題点の特定を行い，医療型重症心身障害児入所施設で勤務する保育士のための教育プログラムの確立を目指す．
