Outline of Research at the Start

近年、敏感性の高い子ども（Highly Sensitive Child：HSC）への関心が高まっている。HSCは感覚の閾値が低いとされ、味や匂いへの過敏さから偏食を示すことがある。しかし、保育所等におけるHSCに関する認知は未だ浅く、特に生命保持に不可欠な食事に関しては特性に応じた配慮が十分とは言い難い現状があり、子ども固有の特性の理解に基づいた職種を超えた協働の実現が急務である。そこで本研究では、保育所等における敏感性の高い子どもの食事を支える職種を超えた協働プロセスを解明し、園内外の協働が実現しうる超職種型協働モデルを提示することを目指す。
