Outline of Research at the Start

震災後14年が経過した現在では、双葉地区では帰還困難区域が解除され、教育において復興が進んでいる。震災後、乳幼児の発達や支援について、帰還困難区域以外では多くの報告があるが、双葉地区については研究報告は少ない。そこで、本研究では、双葉地区の人口動態調査、乳幼児期の保育環境についての調査、支援者の復興に対するインタビュー調査、園に在籍する子どもの行動観察、気になる子どもの行動特徴の解明などを行い、双葉地区の実態にあった「乳幼児を含む発達支援プログラム」の開発を目指す。本研究は、双葉地区に限定としたローカルな研究である。故に、災害時の保育および教育における汎化可能な研究として意義を持つ。
