Outline of Research at the Start	この研究は令和型の新しい学びに対応できる英語教師像の形成過程を教師アイデンティティや指導観の形成などの視点から解明する新人英語教師を対象とした事例研究である。具体的にはセルフスタディや協働的省察を通じて、教師自身が変容を分析し、新しい知見を得、それを共有することを目的としている。これにより新人英語教師の成長の道筋を明らかにし、英語教育のみならず広く教師教育に応用できる成果が期待される。
