Outline of Research at the Start

学校では、不登校やいじめ等の課題に対して多職種連携の視点から「チーム学校」（文部科学省,2015）を機能させることが一層重要になっている。第4期教育振興基本計画（文部科学省,2023）では、子供たちのウェルビーイングを高めるために、社会全体でウェルビーイングの実現を目指すことが示されており、子どもを含め学校・家庭・地域関係機関による多職種連携の推進が必要とされる。
以上のことを踏まえ、本研究では、学校における多職種連携のキーパーソンとなる教師に着目し、養成教育から現職研修にわたり、多職種連携を系統的に学ぶ教育・研修プログラムを開発し、多職種連携を学ぶプラットフォームを構築することを目的とする。
