Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、生徒たちにグローバルな視野を持たせ、民主的で持続可能な未来を創る人材を育てるために、家庭科の中にフード・シティズンシップの教育を導入することを目的とする。
そのために、次の4つの研究を行う。1)日本とオーストラリアの中高一貫校におけるフード・シティズンシップの授業実践の内容・方法の検討・考察、2)市民のフード・シティズンシップ活動としてのフードバンク等の調査、および学校教育との連携の検討・考察、3)日本とオーストラリアの大学でのフード・シティズンシップ教育の調査、および日本における家庭科教員養成の課題の検討、4)家庭科および家庭科教員養成におけるフード・シティズンシップ教育の提案。
