Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，教師の専門家としての学習を基軸とした協働的な学校改善について理論的・実証的に検討することを目的とする。具体的な到達目標は，①教師教育や学校改革・改善の研究における新たなキーワードである「専門家学習(professional learning)」の特徴と意義について「専門性開発(professional development)」との違いを明確にしながら位置づけること，②諸外国において「専門家学習」を推進する学区における校長や教師リーダーおよび教育委員会研修担当者への聞き取り調査をもとにその意義と課題を明らかにすること，である。
