Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，潜在スポーツ指導者の実態の把握，指導者を望む中学校や教育委員会等のニーズ調査，潜在スポーツ指導者と学校等とのマッチングの検討および三つの調査結果を基に，研修プログラム（リカレント）の開発とマッチングシステムの開発を目的とする。潜在スポーツ指導者がどこにいるかを調査し，スポーツ指導者としてのニーズを把握する。また潜在スポーツ指導者のニーズを調査する。さらに潜在スポーツ指導者と学校とのマッチングの具体的方法の検討，および潜在スポーツ指導者のための研修プログラム（リカレントプログラム）とマッチングシステムを開発する。
