Outline of Research at the Start	ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻の長期化を背景に、世界で平和への関心が高まっているが、平和な社会を築く方法は依然として明確ではない。日本の平和教育は反戦平和教育の枠組みに偏り、平和を創る思考力や行動力の育成が不十分である。申請者は、イタリアの「平和のための科学」のアプローチに触発され、その日本版の構築が必要と考えた。本研究は、平和教育を「現実を変革の理論と実践が結びつく学問」として再構築し、日本版「平和のための科学」の確立することで平和教育の本質を明らかにし、学術的発展を促進することを目指す。
