Outline of Research at the Start

近年、小学校・中学校・高等学校においては、通学する医療的ケア児の増加に伴い、教育職と看護職の「協働」の重要性が一層高まっている。
そこで本研究では、教育実践および看護実践の観点から「教育職と看護職の協働」を定義し、その概念を整理する。さらに、協働の実態を把握するための測定尺度を開発し、小学校・中学校・高等学校における両職種の協働の現状を調査・分析する。
その結果をもとに、協働を促進または阻害する要因を明らかにし、教育職と看護職のより効率的かつ、教育と看護の本質に基づいた協働を実現するための提言を行う。
