| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、中学校・高校の教員を対象にし、生徒・保護者対応における困難感を明らかにし、教員版研修プログラムを学校教員に導入し、教育現場における暴力事案に対する関わり方に対しての教員の困難感と抑うつ感を軽減することを目的としている。
本研究では、①生徒、保護者に関する困難事例を整理し、②攻撃性の高い生徒や保護者に対応するための教員への研修プログラムを開発し、③教員の個別の生徒指導並びに保護者対応などへの困難感を軽減し、教員の自己効力感を高め、抑うつ感情への対処を行い、生徒、保護者との円満な関係作りの一助となることを目的としている。
