Outline of Research at the Start

学校現場では，教師エージェンシーの育成が必須とされ，その具体として教員自身がAnticipation（見通し）Action（行動）Reflection（振り返り）のAARサイクルを適切に回すことが重要であるといわれている。
本研究では，体育授業における教師エージェンシーを育成するためのAARサイクルのあり方について理論的に明らかにすること，また，「体育授業の教師エージェンシー尺度」を作成し，養成・研修段階における適切なAARサイクルの内容や特徴について実証的に明らかにすることを目的とする。これらの成果を基に現代的教育課題に対応可能な教員養成・育成プログラムとして発展させることを検討する。
