Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、小・中学校において、学校・家庭・地域が連携・協働して学校規模ポジティブ行動支援（SWPBS）の第１層支援に取り組むための新たな実践モデルを開発するとともに、その持続可能性について検証する。近年、すべての児童生徒に対する支援の枠組みとしてSWPBSの効果が実証されている。しかし、持続可能性の阻害要因として教職員の人事異動が示されており、人事異動にも耐えられる実践モデルを開発する必要がある。そこで重要となるのが、学校・家庭・地域の連携・協働である。本研究では、コミュニティ・スクールという既存の枠組みを有効活用しながらSWPBSの第１層支援に取り組むとともに、その持続可能性を検証する。
