Outline of Research at the Start

探究型授業を行う教師の専門的能力として「実践的知恵（Practical Wisdom）」に注目し、第1に現職熟達教師の探究型授業実践とライフヒストリーから実践的知恵とその獲得の軌跡を辿る。第2に熟達教師の実践的知恵を継承するための学問的土台を築く方法としてアクション・リサーチを教員養成に導入する。以上から熟達化と文化学習論を統合した教師の学習モデルを基に実践的知恵の獲得と継承の仕組みを検討する。
