Outline of Research at the Start	OECDのPISA調査等では、連続型テキストとしての文章に対して、絵や写真、表やグラフなどを非連続型テキストとし、相互にテキストを関連づけながら情報を読み取り、自らの考えの形成に生かす力が求められている。そこで着目したのが、非連続型テキストとしての挿絵である。本研究では、国語教科書の物語文に描かれる挿絵が児童生徒の【読解】に及ぼす影響を解明する。具体的には、まず小・中学校の物語文における挿絵の掲載数及び挿絵画家の掲載方法等を調査・分析する。次に掲載数等から抽出教材を選定し、挿絵が描かれる場面やその挿絵が示す情報を考察する。最後に授業実践を行い、児童生徒の【読解】に及ぼす影響を検証する。
