Outline of Research at the Start	生活科の「表現活動」における「歌」活動は、長野県に多いことを実態調査で確かめ、その理由を探る。 1970年代の信州大学附属長野小学校の総合学習において「歌」作りが盛んに行われた。当時の出版物や『研究紀要』を調査、その教育的思想や時代的背景、指導法を明らかにすると共に、1980年代から現在に至るまでに生活科教育の「表現活動」において「歌」の指導を行ってきた教師及びその教え子たちにインタビューし、生活科の「表現活動」における「歌」の意義と指導法を整理する。最終的には、現代に通じる生活科教育において効果的な「歌」の「表現活動」の指導法を提案する。
