Outline of Research at the Start	昨今，ストレスマネジメントという概念は広く学校教育に浸透してきているが，具体的にどのように行えばよいかについては現場によって試行錯誤が続いている状況である。また，近年大規模な災害が頻繁に発生していることから，平常時から担任教員を含めた通常学級規模でのストレスマネジメント教育のさらなる展開が必要である。そこで本研究の1年目はレジリエンスの指標に基づき学級へのアセスメントに基づく学級タイプの存在を明らかにする。2年目は主に研究者が主体となって学級タイプに応じた授業実践パッケージを作成・検証し，3年目は学級担任にプログラム実施者となってもらい，実施の効果を検証する。
