Outline of Research at the Start

小規模校は構成メンバーが変わらない。クラス替えがあり，構成メンバーが変わる大・中規模校とは，「他者のために役立った，認められた」自己有用感も異なるのではないだろうか。小規模校の自己有用感の特性をいかした総合学習を行うことで，真の自己有用感の向上に繋がるのではないか。
本研究では自己有用感と潜在意識を同時に測定できるアプリを利用し，小学生の自己有用感とその背景にある「自分」「友達」「学校」に対する潜在意識との関係が学校規模によって異なるのかを明らかにする。その上で，他者と関わる機会が限定的な小規模校の自己有用感の特色を生かした総合学習のカリキュラムを開発し，自己有用感の変化からその効果を検証する。
