Outline of Research at the Start

研究代表者（札埜和男）が考案した、法的思考力を手段として人間への深い眼差しを養う、文学を題材とした模擬裁判である「文学模擬裁判」に、アメリカにも存在するLiteratured based Mock Trial（文学的模擬裁判）のメソッドや大学リベラルアーツ、ロースクールの教育効果等を調査研究し、その長所を採り入れ、シティズンシップの涵養にバージョンアップさせた１８歳裁判員教育に有効な日米文学模擬裁判融合メソッドを創出し、普及させることを図る。どの高校でも教員単独で短時間でもオンラインでも実施可能な新たな文学模擬裁判メソッドの確立が研究の到達点である。
