Outline of Research at the Start	地域とともにある学校づくりを実質化し、学校が「地域人材育成」という新たな役割を果たしていくためには、従来型の「学校支援・地域活用型」から「学校支援・地域参加型」へさらに「地域創造型」への発展や転換が必要である。従来型の「学校支援・地域活用型」のコミュニティ・スクールを急速に拡大するだけでは、その形骸化が懸念される。そこで本研究では、学校と地域の連携・協働に基づき地域人材育成に取り組むコミュニティ・スクールを「地域創造型学校」と規定し、コミュニティ・スクールの持続可能性と「地域創造型学校」へと発展する過程を質問紙調査とインタビュー調査から明らかにすることを目的としている。
