Outline of Research at the Start

教職大学院のスクールリーダー教育プログラムにとって重要な成果は、院生の職場での行動変容度および院生による組織への影響度である。そして、それらの成果を評価するためには、指標の開発が不可欠である。このことを踏まえて本研究は、教職大学院のスクールリーダー教育プログラムにおいて行動変容度および組織への影響度を評価する方法論（どのような指標に基づき評価するか、評価に必要なデータは何か等に関する体系的な考え方）を確立することを目的とする。この目的達成のため、米国におけるスクールリーダー教育の評価に関する研究の基本的枠組みの分析、日米のスクールリーダー教育プログラムの事例分析、方法論の開発と検証に取り組む。
