Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は知財教育における法学ベースの座学-実践的演習を学年進行で連結させたハイブリッド型教育プログラムを開発し，高専での知財教育の実質化・高度化を目的とする。そのために，全国高専における知財教育の実態と課題を明らかにし，申請者がこれまで主権者教育において実践してきた模擬裁判とコンピテンシー育成ワークを組み合わせたハイブリッド型授業の知財教育への適用を試みる。自らの授業実践とともに，国内外の高専に展開し，多角的な視点から開発プログラムの有効性を検証する。
