Outline of Research at the Start

障害学生の高等教育機関への就学割合が増加しているが、発達障害のコミュニケーションの困難さへの教育方略が定まっておらず教育上の一つの問題となっている。卒前の医学教育では客観的臨床能力試験が医師国家試験受験の要件だが、発達障害のある医学生にどう医療面接を教えるか各大学が苦心している状況である。そこで文献検索で障害学生支援の世界の動向をまとめ、全国調査として医・歯学部の発達障害のある学生への支援状況を探る。支援経験がある教職員にインタビューし、得られたすべての結果を統合し総合的に解釈する。このように国内の発達障害医学生の困難や支援状況を明らかにし、最終的に学生支援の理想形態の提案を行う。
