Outline of Research at the Start	日本における「全国学生調査」の結果が大学教育の改革・改善のように活用されているか、またその課題をなにかを明らかにすることは、日本だけではなく、国際的にも学術的、実践的にも重要な意義がある。本研究は、大規模学生調査に関する実証研究の成果、研究方法と、大学のIRの活動との関係の分析の蓄積をもとに、さらに大規模な「全国学生調査」のあり方と利活用の方向について国際比較をふまえて明らかにしようとするものである。本研究はアメリカ・中国との比較研究を企画しており、調査・研究に日本・アメリカ・中国の関係者との協力体制を進め、研究成果は高等教育改革の国際的な学術研究の発展に貢献することが期待できる。
