Outline of Research at the Start	日本では、高校生が大学の科目を履修する早期履修制度に関する法整備が進められてきたが、こうしたプログラムにおける教育行政の条件整備とは何を意味するのか。本研究は、米国の高大接続に定着するDE(Dual Enrollment)に着目し、州政策の比較を行う。これにより、①高校生の早期履修制度において教育行政はいかなる役割と責任を持ちうるか、②教育行政の関与の違いによって実践はどのような影響をうけるのか、という2点を考察する。
