Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題では、大学生の学びと成長について、自身の成長を理解・分析・展望していくリフレクション（成長リフレクション）を通じた大学生の成長はいかにして可能かという問いに対し、理論研究と実践研究を組み合わせて取り組む。理論研究においては、複数の成長理論（認識的成長、セルフ・オーサーシップ、リーダーシップ、アイデンティティ形成）を批判的実在論の視座と横断的に組み合わせて成長ダイナミクスを理論化する。実践研究においては、学びと成長についての自身の経験に気づき、言語化し、関係づける実践を開発・研究する。
