Outline of Research at the Start

近年の安全保障環境の著しい変化に伴い、わが国の大学における安全保障にかかわる研究開発の在り方に関して、活発な議論が行われるようになっている。しかし、このような議論で常に取り上げられる米国大学の事例は、わが国の大学の実情と大きく乖離しており、参照事例とすることが困難である。このため、本研究では大学における安全保障関連の研究開発の取扱いとマネジメントに関して、参照事例として大学の社会的位置づけと安全保障環境がわが国と類似するドイツ及び英国に着目し、両国での大学における安全保障関連の研究開発に関する法制、社会的位置づけや歴史的経緯、そして、個別大学の規定と関連マネジメントの調査研究と分析を行う。
