Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，大学教育における学生の心理的安全性の形成要因と促進方略を明らかにすることを目的とする。近年，企業における組織のパフォーマンスを促進する要因として心理的安全性が注目されているが，高等教育段階での研究は少ない。アクティブラーニングや動機づけなど様々な教授・学習研究が行われているが，学生の学びに対するエンゲージメントの向上に成功しているとは言えない。そこで，学生が授業を通じていかにして心理的安全性を獲得するのか（形成要因），どのような教授・学習環境において促進されるのか（促進方略）に関して実践的・実証的検討を行う。現代学生の特質を踏まえた大学教育の改善・発展に資する知見の提供を目指す。
