Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、2004年の国立大学法人化後20年における国立大学の留学生教育支援体制の変化とその影響について、留学生教育支援に関わる教員（以後「留学生アドバイザー」という）の立場から振り返り、今後に向けての課題を明らかにする。具体的には留学生数の規模により大学を３グループに分け、各グループ５大学を訪問し、研究代表者が各大学の留学生アドバイザーへ直接インタビュー調査を行う。調査結果の分析を行い、留学生アドバイザーの立場からの体制の変化とその影響を検討する。この研究を通して日本の国立大学法人化と大学の留学生教育支援体制の変化とその影響、それに伴う課題を明らかにする。
