Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、初年次教育を通じた前期終了時点での学生の大学適応感（subjective adjustment）が、どのような入学時の個人特性や属性の影響を受け、また、入学後早期の段階での適応感のあり方・実相が、その後のキャリア意識や主体的学習態度の醸成、ひいては学士課程を通じた学業成績や汎用的技能の習得度・習得感に、どのように影響するのかについて、縦断的に検討することを目的とする。
