Outline of Research at the Start

権限によらないリーダーシップを開発する教育プログラムは全国の大学に急速に広がりつつある．その教育・開発の効果を測る方法については，我が国では数量化された質問紙のよる計測方法が主に使われてきた．しかし本来能動的な行動であるリーダーシップの発揮度合いについて，紙やウェブで与えられる設問に選択式で回答するという受動的な行動が本当にふさわしいものかについては本格的な検討がなされてこなかった．本研究はいわゆる質的分析の方法が，択一式質問紙法の短所を補い，あるいは代替的な方法となる可能性について検討を行う．
