Outline of Research at the Start

人工内耳によっても十分に聴覚を活用できない聴覚障害児者がろう学校に多く在籍するようになった。特にろう学校高等部では、日本語も手話も十分に習得できないセミリンガル聴覚障害生徒の存在が問題となっている。本研究は、ろう学校高等部に在籍するセミリンガル聴覚障害生徒が手話を学習するプログラムを開発することを目的とする。研究1ではろう学校高等部生徒の手話力と日本語力を定量的に把握し、研究2で内外の手話学習プログラムに関する資料を収集、分析を行う。研究3では高等部で使用する手話学習プログラムを開発し、研究4では、4校のろう学校高等部で作成した教材を使用した手話指導を行い、プログラムの妥当性を検証する。
