Outline of Research at the Start	新生児聴覚スクリーニング検査の普及によって超早期に難聴発見，診断，療育が可能となっている。しかし，超早期補聴が可能となった軽度・中等度難聴の聴覚発達および言語発達について検討した研究は少なく，新生児聴覚スクリーニングの効果を啓発する資料が乏しい。本研究では，生後６か月以前に超早期補聴が可能となった軽度・中等度難聴児における聴覚発達，語彙数および構文発達を明らかとし，健聴児の基準値と比較検討することである。そして，新生児聴覚スクリーニング検査後の保護者支援・療育内容および方法を再検討することを目的とする。
