Outline of Research at the Start

Prior research shows that in-group/out-group biases impact individual and team performance, but multicultural studies remain limited. This study explores these biases in diverse settings and develops a web-based gamification tool (aligned with UNPRME i5) to mitigate them. The findings will enhance bias understanding, aid instructors and students, and promote inclusivity in diverse teams.
