Outline of Research at the Start	昨今の医療現場では患者のヘルスケア情報のデジタル化とデジタルテクノロジ―を活用した健康管理、すなわちデジタルヘルスが重要な時代となった。その代表的なツールである電子カルテは、膨大な情報を一括管理・集約でき、診療場面をはじめ、チームカンファレンス、研究の資料として役立っている。しかし、教育実践における活用ガイドラインと教育エビデンスの不足により、その効果的な教育方法は明らかにされていない。本研究では【デジタルヘルス】【チーム医療】等をキーワードに、臨地実習で電子カルテに触れた学生の意見・要望を活用しながら臨床現場で役立つシミュレーション型チーム学習プログラムを開発し、その効果を検証する。
