Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、現代社会におけるリカレント教育の重要性により、その提供形態について時間や手間、コスト等の関係から遠隔教育が主流になると想定する。その先行事例として、少子高齢化に伴い、移民労働者を積極的に受け入れ、これらが重要な労働力となっている欧州を対象とし、移民労働者の遠隔リカレント教育の効用について研究する。なお本研究は、リカレント教育の先進事例である欧州高等教育圏（EHEA）と、これに遅れがみられる日本との比較研究も行う。
