| Outline of Research at the Start |
臨地実習において、看護学生の心理的安全性が学習と患者の安全にとって重要とされる。そのため、臨地実習での看護学生の心理的安全性をいかに担保するのかが課題となる。本研究の目的は、臨地実習において看護学生の心理的安全性を担保するためのシチュエーション・ベースド・トレーニング教材を作成し検証することである。そこで、①看護学生へのインタビュー調査から臨地実習体験での心理的安全性を低下させる対人状況を明確化する。②①の結果より、看護学生版心理的安全性アセスメントツールを開発する。
